Managing Director Greg Kelly joined the business in 2003 following 15 years police service. 13 years of this service was as a detective covering crime prevention, CID, drug squad, burglary squad, intelligence unit, informant handling and special branch duties.
As a crime prevention officer Greg advised local businesses and residents on a whole range of security measures and helped implement both simple and sophisticated security systems and procedures for a large number of businesses who had been victims of crime or were at risk of attack.
As a detective Greg investigated serious and organised crime including murder, rape, robbery, burglary, theft, fraud and deception, assaults, vehicle crime and criminal damage. This has provided him with a valuable insight into the criminal mind and the modus operandi (methods) of criminals.
As a special branch officer Greg was responsible for assessing potentially serious threats and risks posed to high profile individuals and corporations in the Cumbria area. Working closely with the security service, Greg would collate, analyse, assess and distribute secret or confidential intelligence on a wide range of subjects.
